Tuesday is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner and founder of The W Method. With over 20 years of experience in Hepatology Transplant Medicine, lifestyle and patient mentorship, she blends clinical expertise with holistic, compassionate care. Her mission is to empower individuals through personalized guidance, helping them build sustainable health—inside and out. Tuesday is a Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hours 2007, and a certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator.

Tara’s journey began in healthcare at just 16, earning her way from CNA to BSN. Years of physical hands-on work and caregiving lead to solve chronic pain through deeper healing beyond traditional medicine. In 2011 she discovered yoga, and by 2014 completed teacher training. Tara continues to enhance her certifications in energy healing and holistic practices.

 

In 2019, she founded Idol Hands Healing, transforming a Reiki studio into a thriving wellness space. Today, Tara blends her medical background with yoga, Reiki, reflexology, and acu-detox, guiding others toward balance, renewal, and whole-person healing.

Linner Foss started practicing yoga in 2015, she fell in love with the practice and began to explore all different modalities, power, hatha, kundalini, yin, restorative, aerial, nidra among others, she moved to Arizona in 2017 where she received her 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training, she also completed 200Hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, 50Hr Sound Healing training and 140Hr Advanced Yoga Nidra certification. She loves sharing the joy of the practice with everyone, creating a space where the body-mind-spirit connection is fostered and nourished, giving the body and the mind a time and place to relax and restore".
